They theoretically are not, but practically we can say they are, not only that Wii U is dead for quite time now but Wii U had very limited user base. On other hand I dont have even problem saying that TLoU and Uncharted Trilogy are PS4 exclusives because they are not available on other current consoles.

Theoretically? Then where is the line drawn for you? Should Resident Evil 4 only come out on PS5 next generation, are we calling that game a PS5 exclusive? Is Ultra Street Fighter II a Switch exclusive? Is a game that sold 8 million units on a previous console a Switch exclusive? Is a game that released on two consoles simultaneously a console exclusive? I mean, we may as well just say every game is an exclusive then. Every Switch game is an exclusive.

Bad comparison, RE4 is available on almost every possible device, current gen ones and last gen ones. Games like Zelda BotW, MK8D and Pokemon Tournament DX were available only on platform not that just is dead for quite time now but had very limited user base.
