Also, as has already been said, I wouldn't class step sister/etc as "incest" per se; you're not related to them by blood. If you're say, a young guy/girl whose parent remarries and you suddenly find yourself living with an attractive member of the opposite sex who isn't your genetic relative, it's only natural that attraction can occur.
