Screenshot then take a copy of the shine image, invert it, overlay it with layer mix set to darken then a second copy of that layer set to overlay, then adjust the sliders until the shine effect was removed.

There's been some threads where there's been confusion with similar avatars, but it was mainly just jokes.
In the internet, if your browser can see it you can get it, it was just an extra impediment of getting them instead of easily saving them or dragging them to the desktop.
I don't care in this situation, but overlays in the internet have this function, stopping people from easily getting the images.
