Been hyped after seeing this, can't stop playing, even the wifey got into the mix last night.

First update (new gear/hairstyles/pants/Salmon map/balance patch I believe) drops tonight at 8pm ET (5 hours from now)!

Can't wait. Convenient gear swapping too? That's the most important for me.

How big is the update?

Big enough to fill in pages of patch notes.

Tried out the new salmon run map. So far, it's the best one for me personally. It can get really crowded on the both ships, but when the water is gone, you get a huge place to fight against the horde.
Changing gear can be done after a match has ended. After you changed your gear, you will search for buddies to play with.

Does that include the weapons? How convenient is that?

It also includes the weapon. It's still the same section for gear changing. It saves time by not loading the lobby first before accessing the gear section. So, it takes a unecessary step away. 

But you probably won't play with the same poeple as before after you went to change the gear.

So are the new Turf War stages up yet?
