In sales. Not mainstream if thats what your thinking. COD is up and down with its biggest decline with last years installment (this year will go up obviously though)

As far as I know, Uncharted, The Witcher.

I thiiiink Xenoblade also is one that train.Counting only the first platforms they released in, Xenoblade 1 and X sold 1 million, so there is no decline.Splatoon is on track to sell ebtter than the first game too.

But to be fair, if said franchise lives long enough, it will inevitably have an entry that will sell less. That will happen one way or the other.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

Persona series I believe

Dark Souls might be one, depending on how their digital sales stack up.

Ahh yeah i mean every series is going to decline  and die eventually. What i meant by COD and GTA is these two series have really had insane numbers iver the years and simply grew from a few million to absolutely insane numbers. COD is now on a decline but may start to pick up.

I think The Elder Scrolls? We don't have numbers for the first two games though.

Is Fallout: New Vegas a spinoff or mailine game?

Fallout New Vegas is a  mainline game same way Modern warfare 2 or Vice City are mainline games.

GTA only if you're excluding San Andreas. But despite not being numbered that was still very much a main entry and not a spinoff.

As for COD, definitely not. At the very least Infinite Warfare screwed that up last year, but I expect some of the other entries have declined on their predecessor as well.

Ok i broke the rules. But i still stand by what i said. Both COD and GTA are twonfranchises that have grown from fairly small franchises into absolutely huge gaming series. But yeah they have there ups and downs so they dont strictly count.
