He got rid of the OT. And his statement is being called a joke, as in BS. Basically denying it. Many users have been banned tonight at their own request. And many gaffers have apparently gone to Twitter and other places for the time being. 

I'm glad it didn't die, there are a lot of useful threads that aren't archived anywhere on the internet. Don't really care about politics, to be honest. I do hope when OT comes back, it's a lot better than before.

It's funny because he was done in by his own doing. He fostered and made a ton of money off that shitty OT community and now they're the ones who are going all in on him.

Lets assume that even if we put aside the multiple instances of shitty behavior toward women, the revenge porn, the physical sexual touching of a stranger in a bar, etc, and give him the benefit of the doubt here. Maybe he did just misread the signs from a friend and hopped in her shower naked. It doesn't seem as if he touched her. Because of the echo chamber extremely oversensitive SJW feminism bullshit his forum has been molded into, a simple misunderstanding between friends has been changed into full blown sexual assault. Is there any other forum on the Internets not dedicated solely to feminism where something like that gets classified as fucking sexual assault?

By her admission, they fucked sometime after the event away. If she was so revolted by the shower incident why did that happen? I really dont care but it's info like that really cast doubt on the female part.

Neogaf is not gonna be the same. This resetera forum is not going to be as big as neogaf. They are going to be just as left leaning, if not more so, than the old neogaf. A lot of people put up with that on gaf because they were already members or that's where everyone was. Not a lot of people are going to want to put up with it on a new forum, regarldess they got some good posters there as admins and mods.
