For me it's not so much the graphics as it is the physics, AI and framerate.
In the meantime, I'll be putting up a petition requesting that Mario Galaxy be ported to the Sega Genesis.

Honestly, I agree with you.
However, the one thing that really grinds my gears is when a kid makes a post like this just because he want's to play RE5 and only has a Wii. This kid probably loved RE4.
Then the Sony kids, who are mean and vindictive by nature as you and I both know, hop on here and use that kid as ammo against Wii fans in general.
"Haha, Wii sucks. Look at it. These guys WISH they had a game that was on our console. Harharhar! Wii sucks, /wii bingo, ect."
Then, I no longer care that the kid wants RE5 on the Wii, and I'm not pissed at him for posting his desire.
However, I litterally hate, in real life, the disgusting dregs of society that would scavange any weakness they can, to degrade the opposing console.
So, don't blame me if the brunt of my posts aren't spent condemning the kid for wanting to play a game, but instead utterly blasting the fanboy with retalliation his small, scavenger brain couldn't comprehend with a week in the library.

No joke. I never cry about Wii games coming to the PS3. If I wanted them that damn bad I would just buy a Wii!

Eh, I don't really care about an RE5 Wii. I'm more of an RPG guy myself. It's just that when I see the same half-assed bullshit arguments like the "but all u wiii ownerz always want...!" with stupid 12-year old caliber generalizations made by angry fanboys when I can count maybe 2 people on this board at the most that actually champions for RE5 Wii on any kind of regular basis (and further making the fact that about 5-6 people in this thread keep repeating this EXACT.SAME.ARGUMENT that much more astonishing by how ineffective and sloppy it is) and such other beautiful arguments grasping at straws like "BUT NITNEDO PISSSD ON DEVELOPARS SOMTIME AGO" which is rendered even further irrelevant by the existence of Resident Evil 4, I get the overwhelming urge to tell these peole how stupid I think they are and thus start arguing because, since they're not capable of making an actual point, I want to shut them down before they think that they had one. It's a bad habbit.

Care to cite some examples on that one? Aside from Resident Evil 5, and a small movement for DMC4 what game have there been a big call for? Rock Band I suppose, but that was fueled by Harmonix promising a Wii version ages ago.

People have the right to want games for their console.
It's just immature to try and find reasons people shouldn't want more. Face it, you're frustrated that people want the Wii to be more than its current Niche status. Maybe you're afraid that if people push hard enough the Wii might actually get these games.
Whether you don't lcare for the Wii or love the concept of all three consoles, coexisting in their respective niches, you're threatened by the idea that the Wii could upset the cozy nook that the HD consoles are carving out for themselves by default of the Wii's limitations. You want to see the Wii relegated to current status and nothing more.
How much longer do you think the Nintendo will go before they upgrade the Wii or release a successor console now that Nintendo knows it has a future in console gaming? The Wii was a half hearted effort, what reason was there to push the envelope when this easily could have been their last console. Do you really think Microsoft and Sony are going to have this technological edge past 2010? Both the DS and Wii are fledgling products with each an uncertain future. Of all the things to worry about, trust me, the least of them will be the nuissance of people trying to get these games on the Wii in the time being.

That said, was this thread really necessary? At the very least the Title in its entirety wasn't.
While this is an event worth celebrating and the issue of RE5 comming to the Wii, one worth talking over, a thread like this presented in the manner it was has done little more than ram a stick in a hornet's nest.
All the Nintendo well-wishers are going to make excited arguments prompting all the Nintendo-Haters to nest in the thread peppering it with condiscending remarks with the remaining space filled up in with indifferent malcontents who just want to stir the pot.
With everyone irritated by the Wii these days, such topics need to be handled with tact.
