Why would China and Russia help a rogue state create nuclear weapons? We almost started a Third World War because the Soviets wanted to place their own missiles in another country.

I don't consider the US and China good guys, them and North Korea are all different countries with their own interests that they want to pursue.

In their entirety yes. In this situation where we are being threatened with genocide for merely saying you can't have a nuke, I can say we're pretty good on this one.
