Not a huge difference, to be honest. The PC version is obviously better, but it's not like the improvements change anything radically. That said, I'm fine with that.

PC looks better but is dependant on specs - looking at steam HW stats it looks like only a minority of PC gamers will have this game running at full pelt

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

Barely even a difference. This is like comparing a GameCube version of a game to an Xbox version of the same game. Meanwhile a PC build at the recommended specs is two to three times as expensive as a PS4 Pro.
