1 and 2 for me story wise are the best. So I do look forward to replaying this adventure again.

Yeah same, like I've said before I played both on emulator with a weak laptop and even then I enjoyed them so I'm really excited to properly play both.

Binary Domain was awesome, but its generic presentation did it in. Would be surprised if it got a sequel.

Nah, it had nice graphics albeit not the best 7th gen graphics.

The game had poor pacing and it was too long. But thats something Japanese games often screw up.

Im expecting Yakuza 7 to be teased, with Kiwami 2 having the focus and probably a third Ishin game.

Can we please get another feudal Japan yakuza and get it in English this time? I played the isshin demo once PS4 launched in Japan and loved it.

I remember talking to John Hardin about it when he was still at Atlus, he mentioned that they tried to push SEGA to localize Ishin, but was easier said than done due to the nature of the game. Unlike Yakuza where you can get away with a surface level of Japanese culture knowledge, Ishin required a vast amount of knowledge of the Japanese era, and I guess SEGA wouldn't know how to advertise it versus the main series. So if it's a third Ishin game it will probably share the same fate as the first two sadly, which sucks because Ishin is a great game.

Yakuza Kiwami 2
The Taiwanese PlayStation Store has leaked the announcement of Yakuza: Kiwami 2 for PlayStation 4 ahead of Sega’s Yakuza Studio New Titles Presentation on August 26.

According to the listing, the game, which is a remake of Yakuza 2, is built in the latest iteration of the Dragon Engine, which is used in Yakuza 6: The Song of Life, and will launch in Taiwan on December 7.

Further details are expected to be announced on August 26.

The first Yakuza: Kiwami launched for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 in Japan on January 21, 2016, and will launch for PlayStation 4 in the Americas and Europe on August 29.
