"Console launch exclusive PUBG"...
So this means that its eventually coming to PS4. Good. Wonder how long we have to wait

The PC release got delayed to early 2018 so the XBO full release should be summer or early fall then should come to PS4 late 2018 or early 2019.

Phil Spencer:

"We showed Crackdown, which looks fantastic. It's going to be there at launch day for Xbox One X, which will be a great showcase for the box"

Not that great of a delay when it was supposed to be a great showcase for launch.

When they canceled Scalebound: "We’re working hard to deliver an amazing lineup of games to our fans this year, including Halo Wars 2, Crackdown 3, State of Decay 2, Sea of Thieves, and other great experiences."

Halo Wars 2 has been released, the other 3 games have been delayed into 2018...

Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if it's exclusive for just the Early Access period with the full releae releasing on XB1 and PS4 at the same. The PUBG devs don't need the money and Phil Spencer seems to be quite against paying for games and content to become exclusive in any way.

Was this their big exclusive for this year? What do they have left in terms of system sellers?

Super Lucky's Tale.

Crackdown 3 will benefit more from the delay than a holiday release, provided that it doesn't come out close to RDR2 or God of War.

Was that meant to be sarcasm?!

Both God Of War and RDR2 are supposed to release in spring....that said, it's possible C3 will be delayed again, right?!

Xbox is just a laughing stock at this point. They have had a drought for major titles this year. The one game they were hyping up and already hashad delays. They delay again. Top it off this was the game people bought with their shiny new XboneX. MS really has lost control.

A delayed game is always good, unless that game is Crackdown. Might as well start from scratch.

I think that settles it. 2017 will go down as the worst year ever for the Xbox ecosystem.

For me, I like that it's delayed, since I was debating between getting this or need for speed: payback, and now I'm free to get the latter.

For Crackdown 3, this is good news. The game definitely looked a bit off, and could use a bit more time in the oven.

For Xbox One, not so much. The last two holiday seasons were fine for Xbone imo (halo 5, forza 6, tomb raider for 2015, and gears 4, horizon 3, dead rising 4 for 2016), but 2017 looks absolutely dire. Just Forza 7 and Halo Wars 2 if you don't count budget titles. And the latter is sort of niche and isn't for everyone. And no, super lucky's tale doesn't count.

As a side note, Spring 2018 is looking to stack up nicely: God of War, State of Decay 2, Crackdown 3, Farcry 5, The Crew 2, Red dead redemption 2, Monster Hunter World, and more.

Bet with Intrinsic:

The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.

The Xbox One is having am absolutely shit year.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

It doesn't matter to me. I wasn't interested in it anyway.
