There was this trend of people throwing acid on top of building for a short while here in Hong Kong a few years ago.

I fear this might be a sick dark web game or something like that if it's going on worldwide with no real purpose.

Intent matters... as much as the damage done.

Seems fine.
Its not like someone that carries a gun, and then at the somepoint losses their cool and shoots someone.
No one randomly carries around large amounts of dangerous acid,... just because.

If you throw it at someone.... yeah give them life (weather they hit their intended target or not).

Good, now they know if they throw acid they will get jail. I think its a fair punishment.

Rightly so people who throw acid in another's people their faces shouldn't be amongst other members of society

Throwing acid quite regularly...not a thug though...everybody should do it. It's great in small doses *smirk*

Nah, just pussies who need to attack some random person for their silly agenda. Whether if it's some altright troll wanting to "revive" the white race or some lunatic who views it as a good way to rob someone, these animals (not humans) are on the bottom of the human race. They're scum who deserve whatever is given to them. 

Finally looks like their going to be taking some action with these acid throwing psychopaths.
