Yes. PlayStation systems tend to have strong legs even after their successor releases. And the PS5 isn't coming until around 2020, 2019 at the earliest. So it'll have the rest of this year, plus next year, which is looking like a VERY strong year for the PS4 from the software side, plus 2019 to get there. It still has God of War, Gran Turismo, Last of Us, and Elder Scrolls VI, and GTA VI coming up. It's not a question of "Will it outsell the Wii?" but "By how many units?"

There will be no new TES and GTA this generation. Bethesda will make 2 new games before TES VI (which is still not in development) and Rockstar will milk RDR2 with microtransactions and Rockstar games long legs are not helping either.

I agree. I believe Bethesda and Rockstar are going to take these franchises to VR in the next iteration. Bethesda has already showed incredible intrest in VR, and appear to be shifting all future development in that direction. Rockstar has been pushing the boundries in games with GTA for years. Many can not fathom the thought of TES VI and GTA6 being VR exclusive, but I think it is inevitable. The creative minds in the tech, programming, and development want to create the best expereince they can, and remove as many limits as possible. VR is the ultimate form of expression possible on current technology. These major publishers, with major franchises, will use their influence to usher in the next evolution in "gaming".
PlayStation VR, HTC Vive, and Oculus Rift are a test bed for the future. Major publishers and developers are building the tools, and skills required to make heavy investment in major franchises when the tech is ready to deliver a mass market expereince. PS5 + PSVR2 will be the baseline for the push to mass market adoption of VR. GTA6, TESVI, and Gran Turismo will lead the push, and bring the masses.
That is why PSVR is absolutely crucial for Sony. They are getting in early, and putting themselves into position to use VR in much the same way Apple used Smartphones to catapult themselves in the last decade. If they stay on it and continue to expand and solidify the market leader position in VR, they will be seeing massive year over year results for years and years to come. This is Sony's gateway to being in the same conversation as Microsoft, Apple, and Google.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.
