Her in Wrestlemania XIX (the 2nd of 4 GC games, Steph isn't on the later games rosters) Still she looks more like a human there than in the new game, and that was in 2003 on the GC

 

edit - omg lol, look at her hair, 14 years later and it's still terribly clipping through models the exact same way :D

Wow 14 years ago and I do recognise her there more than in the other picture. And yep, the hair still doesn't know she's a solid object. They should really be embarrassed by that, oh dear.

Last wrestling game i have boughz was wwe2k17 because i wanted a nice fun game at home for parties. But no. That reversal system just drive me and my wife crazy. I dont get it. Why cant they just make a game were we just go to tag team, making fun moves after creating funny characters and let us have fun? Why not? I dont have the time to study 5 hours on carrer mode the reversal mode. And my wife also. Hope that they make an easy mode for fun fast play sessions

It was 15 not 17. But no. If you play carrer mode it is still a disaster. We were really upset. We paid for a fun game but it turned out it is a game which needs allot of practice. That Hardcore mode should be an option.

You really should give a look back over the 4 rather great WWE games on the GC before you make such a statement.

Unless you mean last gen and comparing port for port of the Wii games Vs the PS3 titles? Yeah, CELL vs an overclocked GC processor, that was a fairly bad comparison to be fair.

I wouldn't say all four were great. WrestleMania x8 had terrible sound and the collision detection was a little too good (if I remember correctly ). You could punch anybody at any time.

 

WrestleMania XIX played incredibly well with the best roster probably ever--but the season mode was just a beat em up (again, if I remember correctly)

 

The Day of Reckoning series might be my favorite wrestling games ever, though. Those games had no right being that damned good!
