One controller per one console.

Two Joy-cons and one DS4. I'll probably buy the Switch Pro Controller later this year.

Currently own 2 Xbox One controllers, 4 Xbox 360 controllers (3 white 1 black; 3 wireless 1 wired, which is defective), 2 PS4 controllers, 1 Wiimote, 2 Xbox controllers and 3 PS1 controllers (1 defective third party one).

3, 2 plain DS4s and a 20th Anniversay one. All have crap battery life.... like seriously, why do DS4 batteries suck?

IKR? DS4s are complete trash when it comes to battery life. I pretty much use mine as wired controllers because of that, the USB cable is always in

^ this. No more battery life issues.

"More than 5" (pr platform)

But...why? do like 19% of you just like to collect controllers or something?

Well, I have 7 PS3 controllers I believe, but they're iffy I guess including all of my consoles, I have maybe 50 controllers?

I'm on my 5th or 6th controller for RL right now. And it's gonna need replacement soon too. Thanks Sony for shitty analog stick rubber.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Depends on the console really.

NES = 3
SNES = 4
N64 = 7
Gamecube = 9
Wii = 7
WiiU = 3
Switch = 2

PS1 = 2
PS2 = 2
PS3 = 2
PS4 = 1

PlayStations aren't really multiplayer consoles so you don't really need to own many controllers.

I have 5 working ps4 controllers atm. 2 at launch, 2 extra, another one came with the pro.
4 player co-op games are awesome.

I've had 5 Wii/U controllers, only 3 working left. (plus gamepad, balance board, 2 nunchucks, classic controller, 2 motion plus sensors)

6 ps3 controllers, 2 barely working left, shit build quality.

2 360 controllers, they're build like a tank, but got far less use as well.

Don't remember the rest, yet I didn't have kids before ps3/360/wii so no need for more than 2. I did go through 3 of those plastic dance pads for DDR.

Shut up, Kapi! Ughh... Fine.

*Holds my breath*... 3 PS4 controllers limited edition, 4 Wiimotes plus(additionally 4 nunchuks and 4 Wii pro controllers), 1 Wii U gamepad, 4 Wii U pro controllers, 4 GCN controllers, 4 PS2 controllers, 4 OG Xbox controllers, 2 wired Xbox 360 controllers, 4 wireless Xbox 360 controllers, 2 revisioned Xbox One controllers, 4 PS1 controllers, 4 NES controllers, 2 SNES controllers, 2 Genesis controllers, 2 Master System controllers, 1 Neo Geo AES arcade stick, 4 non-dualshock PS3 controllers, 2 Saturn controllers - Sigh - 4 Dreamcast controllers, 4 N64 controllers - fuck i lost something......- 2 Atari 2600 controllers, 2 Atari Jaguar controllers, 2 Joycons(total 4 single joycons, yeah it counts) 1 Switch Pro controller, and that's it

Let's see...

2 Atari controllers
3 NES controllers
2 SNES controllers
1 Genesis controller
1 PS1 Dualshock
1 N64 controller
1 Dreamcast controller
1 PS2 Dualshock
3 GameCube controllers
4 Wii Remotes
1 Xbox 360 controller
1 Wii U Gamepad
1 Classic Controller
1 Wii U pro controller
1 Dualshock 4
1 Joycon pair
1 Switch Pro controller

...

I have 2 controllers on average

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
