Meh, I don't mind actors that are activist if they actually believe in what they stand for like Shailene Woodly.  With Shia most of the stuff he does is to gain attention.

There are no reports anywhere that he ever filled for bankruptcy or has financial problem so he should still have a pretty healthy bank account.  Plus its not like he has been out of work forever he has a movie comming out pretty soon Borg vs. McEnroe.  But another upcoming tennis movie Battle of the Sexes looks a lot better.

He's gone off the rails after Trump became elected, as have a number of celebs. I just sit back, laugh, and enjoy the show as the rich egos from Washington clash with the *other* rich egomaniacs from Hollywood, as I hate them both.

Nope he been acting crazy since 2008 already.  Most of that crazy behavior is just to gain attention/publicity stunt.

You're more optmistic about him than I am. I think he actually believes in what he's saying and doing in terms of his activism. I think he probably got into a hollywood crowd that's into that stuff. Some of his outburst are attention seeking or a by-product of him being on something.
