The MK8 DLC is back as a reward, this time through My Nintendo. That just goes to show I might have done the wise decision to wait it out and reward myself the BotW DLC whenever that one is given.

Will we be able to spend those stupid coins on something useful?

Okay, story time.

Today at work we held an expo called Awetism 2017 where all the kids on the spectrum from our high school program came together at a venue to do presentations on their "special interests". 

And boy, these guys sure do love Nintendo. There were multiple presentations on Zelda, Nintendo, and the Switch, and many of them brought along their Switches. I know this an anecdotal view from a narrow cross section, but between this and my experience with their peers at school, the Switch is regarded as an insanely hip and desirable item among the teen demographic around here. Having one is like the epitome of cool to them.

Recently got Rocket League on Switch and having a blast! I had played it on PS4 before but never made the time to really get into it, but coming back to it on Switch I've really been enjoying myself. The game performs pretty consistently in both portable and console modes, so I don't feel like I'm really losing anything if I feel like just chilling in bed and playing it as a handheld game.

Also got Skyrim for Switch and it's also been pretty fun, though I'm pretty sure my save bugged up the main quest for me with talking to Alvor in Riverwood and I'll have to restart

Well at least now we know it was a good port. Wouldn't feel like an Elder Scrolls/Fallout game if there were not bugs.

The cat doesn't seem to frequent this thread so hopefully the show can continue.

Sorry to hear that. I had to waste my expiring gold coins with Art of Balance (and I already owned the Wii version).

I only play ninjara, but I've seen the arms community playing him. He's kinda OP if used correctly

I started playing the Splatoon 2 campaign for the first time since getting the game at release(not a big fan)
