Would share more photos but I know VGChartz would absolutely collapse lol. Definitely one of my favorite Zelda-themed Nintendo systems of all time. This looks incredible in-person!

Did you get the controller with the stand?  I was hoping to get that one, but it sold out so fast.

My brother's Zelda Pro controller rocked up in the mail today too.

3 more days! I'm super psyched, purposefully haven't replayed Ocarina cos I was a kid cos I knew they'd remake it someday.

Also just picked up Owlboy on sale for $5; felt kinda bad as it looks cool and I feel like I am ripping them off buying it at 85% off, but I couldn't resist the bargain.

Nah I passed on that. I did purchase a dust cover for it though. That way it can stay nice and glossy w/o the need for constant cleaning/dusting.

RE4 Remake is a great game, but 7 hours in I feel like it's not quite as perfect as the 2005 original.

Don't get me wrong, it is a phenomenal game, but unlike the original there are a few times where I feel like it was just a tiny bit unfair, like the section at the castle with the catapults where it felt like it was impossible to avoid me and/or Ashley taking hits, or where the blinded enemy once ran up and hit me even though I didn't make any noise.

It's not a dealbreaker as almost everything else is great, but I did have to turn it down to the easiest setting to remove the occasional frustration.

I also feel like it was a little rushed out the door in that Capcom seems to have gone "just get it running at 540p and let DLSS do the rest". It looks fine, but it feels like a better resolution should have been possible as the more demanding Requiem is also 540p while the similarly crossgen Village looks significantly cleaner.

Still though, these are nitpicks in the grand scheme of things.
