*punches through psychicscubadiver's face* This is serious!!

Dude, quit it with these tantrum responses when you don't get the answer you want, it's childish.

Eh… I’m gonna be honest with ya Curl, this is just a mean comment. I don’t think CaptainExplosion intends to be mean spirited with these over-the-top comments— honestly it comes off more light-hearted than anything to me. Little immature, sure, but nothing worth calling him out on IMO.

Nah, Curl is right that's childish.
Given that I provoked it on purpose, I got no right to complain, but Captain treats serious posters the same way and it really does read like a tantrum.

Maybe I was a tad harsh, apologies if it came off that way, but it's hard to tell the difference between a joke and an inappropriate comment online with just text to go on.

Let's just take a chill pill, is more what I meant to convey. There's no need to be upset all the time.

Is it just me or does the Switch 2 battery suck balls? 1-2 hours is terrible, I kinda want to buy that 3rd party battery.

Alright… what is everyone thinking will be the game Nintendo drops for June? Nintendo’s been very consistent in dropping a release date alongside additional info two months in advance [January saw Pokopia & SMBWonder info revealed, February saw Tomodachi Life & XCXDE info revealed, March saw Yoshi info revealed], and we’ve got three big question marks right now—

Rhythm Heaven, Splatoon Raiders, Fire Emblem.

Me personally? My gut says Rhythm Heaven & Star Fox for June, Splatoon for July, and FE for September. And as for the NS2 Ed for April? Perhaps it’ll just be XCXDE NS2Ed (Physical)? Maybe Pikmin 4? Not sure,

I just do it as part of my persona.

But anyway, I thought of something. What if Nintendo gave Star Fox the F-Zero 99 treatment? As in an online Star Fox battle royale with different starfighters from across the franchise, each round starts off with 99 pilots, and last surviving pilot wins. Or at least whoever finishes the round with the most kills.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. Nothing wrong with that IMO. I appreciate you, @curl-6, for the apology. Maybe it was a bit over-the-line for me to be calling you out TBH, but I appreciate you being the bigger man here.

Anyhow,… I would not be happy with this proposal. Please no. Just give me a normal game lol. (Though Nate already clarified that it would be a traditional, non-online Star Fox game.) I’ve also heard rumors that the writing in the game is supposedly “very funny”? I have no idea what this could mean lol but my interest is piqued. Star Fox is known for its little one-line quips, after all.

Maybe Nintendo wants to try having a similar tone to Ratchet and Clank, another furry sci fi action game with lots of silliness.

If they can apply that to Star Fox and do it right then I'm all for it. Maybe even if they make Andross a funnier character. Just because someone is an irredeemable monster doesn't mean they can't have funny moments. Look at Kefka from Final Fantasy VI, or Handsome Jack in Borderlands 2.

So the Mandela Effect has gotten a hold of me. Iggy was always the koopa that stood on the ball in boss fights. This is crazy.

Yeah, I think it was Lemmy who fought Mario from on top of a bouncing ball.
