I have decided to wage a war in defense of GKCs. I see no problem with them, and I want to convince people that they shouldn’t be so outraged either.

They're just so lazy and pointless, like the developers aren't even TRYING to get their games to fit on Switch 2 game cards.

Better that than seeing devs skip the system entirely b/c it’s too much work/development costs. Without GKCs, games such as FFVII Intergrade would need multiple cartridges (which would 100% mean we wouldn’t be getting a $50USD FFVII Intergrade release) OR run in a highly compromised state to fit into the 64GB cartridge limit.

I say that we should welcome the carts.

Thinking about, in just its first year, Switch 2 has seen:

- Current gen Assassin's Creed for the first time on a Nintendo system in 12 years

- Current gen mainline Resident Evil for the first time in 20 years

- Mainline Fallout for the first time ever

- Current gen mainline Final Fantasy for the first time in 31 years

- Current gen Turok for the first time in 26 years

Some select Sam's club locations have the Switch 2 on clearance, well run if you don't have one yet

Wasnt The Adventures Of Elliot announced for the Switch? I was so sure. Damn...guess I have to get the PS5 version. Wonder what problem they had porting it to the Switch.
