BOTW/TOTK both got big upgrades, as did Odyssey. I think the rest run the same though, for now anyway.

Xenoblade X is quite a different game to Xenoblade 2 in a lot of ways; it is open world and non-linear, different music and art style, and it's more technical in its mechanics, as well as being more sci-fi than fantasy.

How is combat compared to Xeno 1? Xeno 1 story and presentation are 10/10, but the combat loop started to bore me to death after ~30 hours

Combat is similar, but a bit more technical. There is more depth to it than in 1, but if you hated it then X won't change your mind.

Decided to get a Switch 2 to play Metroid Prime 4. Other than that Octopath 0 is the only game I want that I don't own in other platforms (things like Persona 3, Elden Ring, Final Fantasy, etc I already have all them on PC or PS5)

So instead I'm thinking on replaying base Switch games with Switch 2 versions. TOTK comes to mind

Any specific title you guys recommend to replay?

Not sure about Switch 1 games, but get Donkey Kong Bananza.

Bought Cronos on the eShop looks good with Dead Space vibes.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land

Been seeing a lot of Switch/Lites for dirt cheap recently. These things are gonna be incredible when 3DS style modding becomes common.

Yes

Hyrule Warriors always has such good artwork… I’ve just been so hesitant to ever play one of these games. For being a “Zelda” game, I can help but feel bothered by the quality not matching what you’d traditionally expect from Zelda. There aren’t truly any Zelda spin-offs outside of HW.
