I'm certain you're talking about just the 1st part of FFVII R (wouldn't make sense if you were talking about all 3 episodes)

Anyway, I'll go on a limb and say Metroid comes out early 2019 and FFVII R comes out late 2019 (not even holding my breath on that FFVII time frame either)

You are forgeting that FF7RE is episodic. They can very well deliver the first part and take two more years to release the next.
So, having that in mind, I think FF7 comes first.

I think MP4 has a good possibility of releasing next year with bits being revealed after the holidays, but yes, definitely before FF7R.

Metroid will release first. FFVIIR will be a PS5 game.
