I don't know, what I'm saying is a crossover of two established franchises is not a new IP.

I agree, though if the game is done in a new styling I would give the benefit of the doubt.  Also, for my inquiry, giving them the 1 new IP thing doesn't change the question so its not worth it to me to argue it.
