PC gamers.

Saying Nintendo did for showing a fucking logo is dumb, you could end up with another "Other M" game, aka a steaming pile of fecal matter, And you would never know it till it's too late, because all you've seen so far is the logo.

Thus, claiming it was enough to win E3 shows how low you standards have become.

Of the three options. If you cannot get that, you should return to where you came from. Thanks.

Yeah, that music is great. It really fits the game.

I'm hoping this is sarcasm, but I know quite a few people actually like the odyssey trailer music....

How can you not like it? This music and New Donk City are a perfect combination!

Isn't that how we base the winner of E3 though? Since it's a place for games that aren't out yet, we can only really say who won based on our excitement and anticipation, and nothing more.

Other M is the best Metriod would love another game like that.

Yes, you've demonstrated your lack of taste and terrible standards multiple times already, no need to continue to do so.
You've really hit rock bottom this time though.

Announcing a title and showing nothing of the actual game, not even a trailer, lacks substance, and prime 4 wasn't the only game they did that for, for example they announced a pokemon RPG that didn't even have so much as a logo yet.

Using that as a metric for a win is a terrible approach, otherwise you could just turn up, say "Playstation 5!" not say a single thing about spec, logo, design, or anything, then we would be in a situation where I would be telling PlayStation fans that they didn't win E3 based on that either, because it's a dumb metric.

Generally the success of a presentation is based on the quality, variety and quantity of games/hardware shown, hype is just a byproduct of that, showing a logo or even just announcing that something is in the works, does not allow the end user to make an informed descision about what they've seen (because they've seen nothing).

It is merely as cheap way to pad out a presentation to give the appearance of more games when they are clearly not ready to even be shown in static screenshots yet, games that early in development should not be shown. For example go hit up kickstarter and try and setup a page for a game where you either have nothing but a logo to share, or just the derscription of a series and genre the game will be a part of, see how quickly your page gets taken down for lacking tangible substance.

And that goes for ANY of the big three, pulling that shit does not win you an E3, just as re-showing games people have already seen, or games you've been showing off for multiple E3's now (hello, cuphead for xbox), it's cheap and pointless.

All three did terribly this year, PlayStation as the console in #1 slot showed little of interest, Microsoft in number #3 slot had a whole new console to reveal and still managed to bumble through it and come out the other end where more people are talking about the pricetag than the actual games/specs. Then Nintendo, still riding a high of decent sales for their newly released console, showed what ultimately counts as an "IOU".

Terrible year for E3, why anyone would let their inner fanboy defend any of the three with such a weak showing for each, is beyond me, after all, swallowing bullshit only emboldens the platform holder to keep shovelling more of it.

Sony won E3.

No that's like saying Street Fighter X Tekken is a new IP.

Ive never played the Rabbids games, are they XCOM style strategy games?

So is Uncharted: Fight for Fortune a new IP?

None of them. Poor E3

Do you often answer questions with other questions that aren't pertinent to the question?

The question is very pertinent to your question.
