Soriku, you think capcom is going to leave massive sales on the psp to create a DS version of the 3rd game?
After both sequels have been exclusive to the psp, and have seen amazing sales in japan, I doubt they'll create it for the DS, it would be multiplatform likely.
So people who owns Wii dont own psp, i dont get your logic.

but look at the marketshare of the DS. The attach ratio with the DS can be less yet it could very possibly sell more than the PSP version did
Have you played MH on PSP Soriku? The volume of customization itself is too big for DS's cartridge.
Even if Capcom wanted to, they can't. DS doesn't have the graphical power to pull it off.

i dont own a wii, but kindly explain to me the simlarities between the ds and a wii besides they both are made by nintendo.

If that was the case, the original Monster Hunter Freedom would have been on the DS, or it's sequel, or 2nd G that just came out.
Also, as KoW stated, there is a hell of a lot of customization going on, and the game controls horribly with only one analog stick, so how would it control lacking an analog stick. The game would have to be VERY dumbed down.
Take this from an owner of Monster Hunter Freedom and it's sequel. If you play it on the PSP, you will know that if it had any less buttons to control it than it does, the game would be broken.
i'm sorry, beside graphic. lol

probably will have to ask Nintendo for a more power handheld first also.

I reckon it will be on PSP as in the past or Wii. It would be nice on DS but I don't see that hapening.

yes it can happen, the thing is why? is there a need for this sort of game on the ds, beside the psp finally having some success and its killing you.
