Microsoft first party is terrible so either they have a lot 3rd parties or they will talk ALOT about Scorpio. 

Based on the amount of 3rd party deals Sony has, I would expect a lot of them to be at their conference if anything.

lol I'm assuming that's an exaggeration, but I also think that they spend a lengthy amount time talking about Scorpio. At least 30 minutes. 

hehe maybe just a bit.. but yeah, I bet they talk about the Scorpio for atleast half the conference. I cant see them have 60 minutes to talk about games.. what games would that be? I could see them pull out a surprise.. but not enough to fill 60 minutes. I dont see it.

I don't think so. from the verge (before Digital Foundry reveal):

"Microsoft appears to be ready to unveil its specifications ahead of its scheduled press event at E3 where it’s expected to focus primarily on games available for the new console."

Well yeah. they NEED to talk about the scorpio for a long time, 30 min at least.

How much scorpio is powerful ?

What is the price now ? with what ? What happen to the normal Xone ? Price drop ?

Why should Xbox users buy it, or new users ?

Exclusive games or not ? All games playable upgradable ?

Etc, etc.

Not really. We know the specs. I expect them to start with a trailer that reveals the name price and launch.  They might spend a few minutes on features which shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. Then maybe another 5 minutes to talk more about its power etc and they will say all games showcased are running on Scorpio then spend the rest of the show showing games.

Doesn't Microsoft have a tendency to focus more on apps and the system environment than focus completely on games as you are predicting? Not suggesting that there won't be a ton of games and gameply covered, but that it's probably likely that at least a half hour will be devoted to non-game material.

That's a long time. This e3 overall for the big 3 has the chance to be the best in a long time.
