Expecting them to go over Pokemon Go with the new updates planned, Magikarp Jump that just released, and some other mobile initiatives they have planned for the mobile front.

They will also probably go over the rumored Pokemon Stars game and probably some other things that have yet to be revealed.

I do bet on that. right now the Switch has no way of communicating with the 3DS so why would they release a pokemon game on the Switch if it means you cant transfer your pokemon from your past games?

The direct is 8 minutes, so only one game. Sure it's technically possible to squeeze two maybe three games in there, but we can't forget about the obligatory filler talk Pokemon Directs always have.

You do realise that monster hunter xx has cross multiplayer compatibility with Switch and 3DS, and of course Pokemon Bank was literally made for what you are saying as well.

Everyone's expecting Stars, so I'm expecting Nintendo to not meet those expectations. In other words, no Stars. Although to be honest, it's hard to imagine anything smaller that would be worth its own Direct. Pokken for sure doesn't deserve its own Direct.

I think many of us are hesitant due to any big event, the "insiders, leakers, rumors, ect" all have been saying that Stars is guaranteed to be shown.

YOu know the switch unveiling has Stars. The first direct since Switch release was supposed to show off Stars.

These insiders are screaming wolf too much.

Now only lefts to see if will be Switch exclusive or it will be cross release with 3DS.
