Yeah, I like pretty much every console though, as long as I can find it for a cheap enough price I'll at least get some enjoyment out of it!

Original Xbox. (I'm including this anyway) - 7/10. Best console graphics of that generation, It's game library might have been small, but like the Nintendo 64... The small selection of exclusives were almost genre defining, such as Halo, Fable and Morrowind for example.

Xbox 360. - 8/10 Amazing online service, great features, competitive pricing, tons of multiplatforms and some solid exclusives. Only let down by the RROD.

Xbox One. - 3/10. Always online DRM. Large box. Kinect. Higher Price. Underpowered. Lacks exclusives.
Only redeeming qualities I can say... Is that it gets the important Multiplats and Backwards Compatibility. That controller is awesome as well.

Playstation 3. - 4/10. - I only used it as a glorified Bluray player mostly. The high launch price with the belief that people will get a second job to pay for it... Removal of features, multiplats that performed terribly or had inferior graphics, the great Sony hack, inferior online network and exclusives that were uninspiring for me stops it from getting a higher score.

Super Nintendo - 9.5 - My first console and still my favorite.

Playstation 2 - 9.0 - Lots of great games, probably the biggest library ever.

Nintendo 2DS - 8.0 - I'm having a lot of fun, but I still need to play more games.

Switch 9/10 - It's a standard console that lets me play on the big screen, or on the go. It's pretty sweet. A main issue is that internet connection sucks.

PS3 8.5/10 - It's a console that functions well with a good selection of games. It drives me up the wall with how many times I need to update it every time I turn it on, grumble...

Wii U 8.5/10 - It's a console that functions too with some good games. I'm just sad the tablet wasn't used more in games...

Nintendo 3DS 9/10 - This lil console is great! Played so many great games on it alone and with friends! Still using it now! I'm just angry that Nintendo designed it so poorly, leaving lines on the top screen from the square on the bottom part. It only too until the 2DSXL to get it right...

Nintendo Wii 9/10 - A console with a cool gimmick of the Wiimotes. It allowed for cool games like Warioware, Trauma Center, Silent Hill, and some other games. It also had some really great games on it, one of them being Fatal Frame 4, probably the best horror game ever made in my opinion.

I grew up with the Gamecube so I will start there.

Gamecube 5/10
Yeah I know I grew up with but even I knew back then that the N64 was better. The only games I really liked was Super Monkey Ball 1 & 2 , Pikmin 1 & 2 ,Melee, Mario kart (Inferior to Mario Kart 64) , and Kirby Air Ride and some mario spinoffs.

GBA 5/10
I am pretty sure it is not a bad console but I have not explored its library AT ALL. Except for the Pokemon games.
I have to look into GBA games on of these days.

DS 8/10
This system has everything. I don't think it is lacking in anything. I still have DS games to get. I am not done collecting for this system.

3DS 7/10
I only like this system for its RPGs. Which it has a lot of. Nintendo's 1st party is weak here. My favorite game here is actually a third party game : Bravely Second. This is not the case for the other systems.

Wii 10/10
HUGE jump in quality. Almost all of Nintendo's franchise went up in quality. I have over 27 games on it and I still do not think I got all the ones I want to play. It will take years before I am done with my Wii collection.

Wii U 3/10
I almost skipped this console. If it wasn't for Smash and Pikmin 3 I would have. A lot of Nintendo's franchises took a hit in quality here. A lot of the games also felt like retreads. The system didn't feel new here. Also there was nonexistent 3rd party support. I only have 6 games on this system. I do not think I will buy much more games for it since I have almost everything I want.

Switch 5/10
Already better than the Wii U and tied with the Gamecube. It still has a ways to go but it has a long life ahead of it.

Nintendo DS. 9/10. Great portable machine with thousands of games to choose from from a wide variety of genres on top of backwards compatibility with GBA. Still got some games on the backlog from it.

Sony PSP. 8/10. Great hardware especially for the time, used it as a media player throughout high school. Tons of underrated gems and playing PS1 games on the go was great.

Wii. 8/10. Solid first party lineup, relatively cheap, great Virtual Console library, backwards compatibility. Lacked many features compared to its competitors and the online wasn't great but the games made up for it.

Xbox 360. 6/10. Started off strong with a great online system and exclusives like Halo 3 but after its initial peak I lost interest.

PS3. 6/10. Kind of the opposite of the 360, slow start but ended off with some high quality games.

Nintendo 3DS. 8/10. Couldn't quite capture the magic of the DS but still a great platform with high quality exclusives.

PS Vita. 7/10. Great portable that doesn't get enough love, while it lacks high budget exclusives, it has a wide variety of Japanese games and PS1 games. Games look great on that OLED screen too.

Wii U. 6/10. The droughts were awful but the games that did come out were usually pretty great. Interface was painfully slow.

Xbox One. 3.5/10. Disappointing. Fantastic controller and its great to see MS supporting 360 BC but install times for games are cripplingly slow and the library does not compare to the 360's.

PS4. 7/10. Nothing outstanding but nothing terrible. Pretty decent console with some good exclusives.

If I had to advise someone on what one system to buy today, I'd tell them to get a PS4, or maybe an XB1s if they prefer the controller or the greater bluray capabilities. But, in terms of my personal opinions, or if my collection went up in flames and I had to start over....

PS4Pro -9/10 (lacking great controller)

XB1/s (I have both, they're the same) - 9/10 (elite controller is best controller ever.  Technically inferior to PS4 Pro.

WiiU - 7/10 (poor game support, uncomfortable controllers, old tech.  Some incredible games. I would have given it an 8 a couple of years ago.)

3dsxl - 7/10 ( some great games, but system is on the decline)

PSP - 5/10 ( tons of great games. Does not hold up, technologically speaking, with current Hardware. I would have given an 8 several years ago.)

X360 - 5/10 (amazing lineup, but old tech.  Would have given it a 9 several years ago.)

Only Playstation hardware for me so a tad boring.

PS3: 9.5/10 - I reckon the PS3 was amazing, last gen had everything i love and more.
PS4: 8.5/10 - A lot of time for this console to go up.
PSP: 7/10 - It was fun, had some great games but i've never been the biggest fan of portables.
PSV: 5/10 - So much potential but it was wasted as it had no support from Sony or other western publishers.

GBA: 6/10 - No backlight, don't actually own games for it but has a great library
GCN: 8/10 - It has The Wind Waker and Symphonia
NDS: 10/10 - Still my gaming system of all time
Wii: 7/10 - A lot of good games, though not a fan of the motion controls, especially when they don't work
Wii U: 9/10 - Commercial failure, but still has great games that I still play and I really like the extra uses of the gamepad
3DS: 9/10 - Great system, great games but when rivaling the NDS, it can't really compare. Don't use the 3D
