I am predicting this because the same thing happened before. My Wii U left my Standard PS4 in the dust all throughout 2015. i was just playing it much more than my Playstation. As of right now, I am having the NINTENDO WITHDRAWALS and it's bugging me. I'm done spring session in July, and what game relases in July??. SPLATOON 2 RELEASES WHEN I GET OUT OF SCHOOL. So when I get my Switch I predict it'll put my PS4 Pro out of business until The Last of US 2 comes out or something. I want to play BotW, Splatoon 2 and many more games.

I was in a rush making this, so sorry if its not detailed enough

It will depend on how strongly you love Nintendo's game offerings. For me, this has almost been the case. Turning on the PS4 after using the Switch, the entire experience feels so sluggish and old. It feels last gen in everything but graphics. What's funny about that is the fact that I have always praised the speed and ease of use of the PS4 compared to Wii U and Xbox One. But the Switch is just so much faster to use. I can suspend a game and be back into said game in seconds. It's truely amazing.

Plus, once you get use to the idea of being able to take your home console anywhere in the house or world with you, it's hard to go back.

You can't own 2 machines? That's a shame.

Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

I should post a picture of my Xbox One and PS4. Neither have been played since buying the Switch.

The Switch is more than the sum of its parts. Being able to play with my family and coworkers, take it to appointments, not having to be restricted to within 15 feet of the TV (Wii U) and having the ability to on demand play local multiplayer has completely changed what I want from playing games.

Too soon to see how successful this system will be, but as it sands right now unless I can take it with me and play with people on the fly no amount of raw horse power can pull me away from my Switch. And with titles like Splatoon and Xenoblade on the way, I feel entirely comfortable with that.

You just described the PSVita.

You couldn't break off the sides of the Vita and play co-op on a table. You couldn't dock the Vita, break off the sides, use those sides to form a real controller and play on your TV. Stop with the whole Vita-did-it-first nonsense. It just comes across as weak.
