Sure, and many bisexual people in same sex relationships consider themselves gay. As I said, it's perfectly possible that she is interested only in woman. In-fact I personally think it's far more likely that's the case than the alternative. I'm just pointing out that a degree of ambiguity has been left, likely because they didn't know if they'd be doing a sequel or what that would entail.

I don't think they'd take an ambiguous road considering it would pretty much diminish what they've accomplished with Left Behind. 

I think the baby is probably Ellie when she was younger. Or maybe the baby is completely unrelated to Ellie. There will be other characters in the story afterall.

If they address her sexuality in TLOU2 I expect they'll be blunt about it, but I think the current small degree of ambiguity is logical. Ultimatly I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Inb4 bisexual orgy

Gay can often be shorthand for any LGBT leanings. She could certainly be bi, whatever frame of mind they used to help shoot peformances in the last game. I don't think being such would diminish anything they accomplished previously, either. We'll just have to wait and see, regardless.

Anyway, this could just be your usual ND shenanigans but if it isn't then I reckon it's more likely to be Ellie's mother, although having to survive and fight while pregnant would be an incredible layer of emotion to play with and we all know how Druckmann likes meaningful ideas. Just imagine going into battle and not only having yourself to worry about but an unborn child. Now make that baby the result of a rape and my GOD, you've got one hell of a psychological screw up right there. One part will want it gone, the other part will want to alive, while everyone around Ellie wants them both dead. That would be a great dynamic.

I was always thinking that it would be a alternative way to save mankind by the way of Ellie having children who are immune.
