I don't think they'd take an ambiguous road considering it would pretty much diminish what they've accomplished with Left Behind. 

I think the baby is probably Ellie when she was younger. Or maybe the baby is completely unrelated to Ellie. There will be other characters in the story afterall.

If they address her sexuality in TLOU2 I expect they'll be blunt about it, but I think the current small degree of ambiguity is logical. Ultimatly I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Inb4 bisexual orgy
