Forums - Gaming - Your favorite World Maps in video-games

I always loved world maps in video-games, since my early Super Nintendo days. It's cool how you can watch your progress in the map expecting to find new stages or secret stuff.

By the way, I'm not talking about open-world sandbox games. I'm talking about World Maps used to select a stage or show your progress. Like Super Mario World.

Here's my favorite: Donkey Kong Country 3. I love how you can explore every bit of the map to find secrets and new worlds.

Breath Of The Wild

I guess it would be FF A2? Since the map is simple, yet interactive

I used to spread the Final Fantasy map out on the floor and just stare at it.

Pretty much any SNES-era overworld map like SMW, DKC1-3, etc.

A Link To The Past's overworld is an all-time classic...

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

GTA5 is pretty cool.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

Oh, now that you mention it, I did love DKC3 Map. It was really nice.

Also, Chrono Trigger. It was compact, but all of it was full of meaningful stuff to find.

Xenoblade Chronicles X.
