This is purely gut feeling, but I think Horizon and Breath of the Wild won't age gracefully purely by virtue of being open world. I also think Last Guardian is also gonna age poorly as well.

Most AAA games in mechanics and esp the ones with a realistic aim in visuals.

Overwatch will age will I think.

Games I'm pretty sure are "timeless"
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (I think people will look back on it the same way people look back on movies like The Godfather. In many ways it takes gaming to a new level)
Persona 5 (All the games in the series are still highly praised, I think this will be as well)
Souls games and Bloodborne (Challenging and well designed with good atmosphere, will age very well)
Ratchet and Clank (The whole series has aged very well)
Sunset Overdrive
Doom
Ori and the Blind Forest
Inside
Resident Evil 7
Gears of War 4
Forza Horizon 3
Final Fantasy XV

These won't age well:
The Last Guardian (The problems will be all the more apparent in the future)
Overwatch (In 30 years it won't even be playable)
Call of Duty, Titanfall, Destiny (Nobody will care about those in 10 years)
Uncharted 4 (Once the graphics aren't state of the art anymore, people won't praise it as much)
Halo 5 (It simply lacks too much of the stuff people want in a Halo game)
Pokemon games (Haven't evolved enough)
Kid Icarus: Uprising (Too clunky)

Not sure about these:
The Witcher 3 (Will the lore remain strong? Will it be viewed as immersive or superficial)
Horizon Zero Dawn (True open world innovation or just impressive for its time?)

Anything with a great art style will age well. Stuff that aims for realistic visuals won't as much...

Sorry but I couldn't ignore this. Many, many people new and old still play the gen 1 games which are over 20 years old. Many people play the old pokemon games countless times and will continue to do so, I mean there are so many youtubers doing current let's plays of older gen Pokemon games spaning over 20 years old right now. There aren't many if any games series you can say that about on that scale. The Pokemon games are games which the graphics might get outdated, but never the gameplay. Even today if you want to complete your pokedex, your going to probably have to go trade them over from an older game.

I mean just look at the the success of the re-releases of the 20 year old gen 1 games on the e-shop. They broke e-shop records and sold over 1.5 million in they're first 2 months.

Games that put focus on realistic visuals hardly age well vs those that contain their own artistic style that can stand the test of time.

I see a decent number of Nintendo titles standing the test of time, while other titles from the other two aren't likely to age well, unless the other two produce a ton of indie games themselves containing art styles that hardly ever age.

Most VR stuff is going to look dated, either by the tech evolving and getting better or by VR falling from grace and being seen as a gimmick.

The AAA "popcorn" games, particularly the franchises that get annual refreshes, will age badly. Games like BotW and P5 will age like fine wine.
