Seems pretty bad. They had to add sex and action, because it would be boring if it were just mind games, right? "Based on", so it will barely be related to the source...

We'll see how it will turn out, but I'm not betting on something better or even on par with the first Japanese movie (that movie was pretty good IIRC).
