Hello everyone! I decided that it was time for another easy-going thread, so this time I'm going to talk about places that I'd like to visit! I've only been to France and Italy so far (even then Italy was just a one day thing), so there's still much of the world that I need to explore! Here are some of the places that I'd like to visit:

Japan - I've been a Japanophile ever since I could remember being interested in cultures. This is definitely where I want to go to the most, but I'm not sure when it'll happen. I'd visit Tokyo, obviously, but I also really want to go to Sapporo!

China - I'm also a Sinophile, so I'd like to visit China as well. I probably have a better chance of going there, too, because I may stay there for a year for an exchange at university. Beijing is the capital, and where I'd like to visit the most, too.

Germany - I also used to be really interested in Germany. In fact, I took German lessons for three years during high school sacrificing my Saturdays so that I could learn a language that I'd probably have no use for! (Unfortunately I've forgotten most of it). I wanted to go there during my stay in France, but money was too tight to do that. Hopefully I'll be able to do it one day. Berlin is where I'd want to go, but I'd try to go to Cologne and Frankfurt too.

Russia - Fun fact: on the wall beside my bed is a flag of the Soviet Union (despite the fact that I'm not really a big fan of the USSR's actions...let's leave that for another thread!). I always used to be amazed while looking at my globe and seeing how huge Russia is. I'd like to visit Moscow, as most do, however I've also been very interested in Vladivostok too for some reason!

Mexico - I'm a bit nervous about the drug wars going on, but I really want to go to Mexico and see what it's like! I want to know if it's closer to the U.S./Canada or if it's more inspired by it's Spanish father. Mexico City is a must, but I'd go to Tijuana too if I weren't so scared.

Brazil - I used to be a really big fan of Brazil, but that has subsided in the past few years. However, I'd still really like to visit it and see what it's like! Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro are interesting, but I may try to go elsewhere too as I'm actually not really a fan of beaches.

And that's it for now! Of course there are other places that I'd like to visit, but I thought that 6 would suffice for now. How about you, my fellow VGCharterz?

North (Best) Korea

I've actually watched at least 4 documentaries of people going to North Korea. I'll go when they have a greater freedom of movement, as I like just being able to wander around.

Well, if you look hard enough you can find uncensored Japanese porn. Unless being a Minecraft character is your preference, I suppose.

America, I've only been to Florida. I'd like to go to all the most popular states and areas, but maybe to some less obvious ones too. New England always seems incredibly pretty, I'd love to go all around there

The past, would be incredible, would pack all of my favourite sports almanacs for me.

I would like to go on a food, pizza, cheese tour in Europe. The most obvious offenders would be France, Italy, Germany, Greece. I have always liked history, so visiting historical sites would be cool too, and I have always like Greek and German history the most, so they double up. However, I am learning French the most and would like to visit the European countries that speak french like France, Belgium, Switzerland. As one can see, there are many reasons I would like to visit Europe :).

I already visited Japan, but I would love to go again. I was tied down to my traveling companion last time, so a solo mission would be interesting to experience all the things that I have missed. Visiting more historical Japanese sites would be awesome.

As I am a huge fan of ROTK and the similar games to accompany it, visiting China would be great. Again visiting the cities that I heard of like Chengdu, or sites like Guan Yu statue etc would be fun. Also many of these sites would be away from the pollution. I currently don't think I would be a huge fan of the pollution, toilets, squalor etc. So a capable traveling partner would be required.

Those are the big ones, but I would go to most places that have decent governments.
