I think theres a lot of potential winners: MGS4, GTAIV, SSBB and MKWii are all easy choices. Youve got Resistance 2 and GeoW 2 as well. Personally, I think MGS4 might take the crown.

I think MGS4 and GTA4 have a shot at it, and a slight possibility of LBP if it really takes off.

Others with a good shot are SSBB, GeOW 2, and from what I've heard Fable 2 could have a shot.

Spore and Starcraft 2 from the PC front, though I'm skeptical if Spore will ever be released >
