I also think 2019 is a best bet, but the announcement will surely be at e3 2018 just to cut the scorpio momentum... 3 years after the pro is a good bet and with backward compatibility from the get go, it will be a easier sell...

All I know is I will be buying it.

We thought they would do that at 1080p and here we are. Knowing the devs they would just uselessly crank up AA at 4k so they are not overwhelmed by too many frames. Or the console makers put yet again potatoes instead of CPUs to make it impossible to go for 60.

I trust them to find a way.

10TF by next year? Its possible if the system is going to cost more than $1500

My prediction is approx. $600 to $800. Your talking about more TeraFlops than a 1080GTX which is a $1000AUS GPU alone. I can understand 6TF but 10TF?..

Your talking almost double the TF of the Scorpio which isnt going to be a cheaply priced console. So expect roughly double the cost.

Like i said, anything is possible with a price.

10 TF honestly isn't going to yield a huge jump ... the PS4 Pro is already 4.2 TFLOP, 10 TF would be less than a 2.5x increase. I dunno. I think you'd have years of cross gen games because not many devs would be willing to forgo the PS4 userbase.

I also don't expect it now, at least 2020 so that they can make a lot profit.
