Yeah. Dont even know how it got there. Not sure if Nintendo talked about porting smartphone games on the Switch.

Nintendo will just say yes to anyone. No matter how it will make their system look.

Lol yep.

I don't even know where to begin, the fact that you actually belive what you are saying has me speachless

Well the Switchs selling point is that you can play on your TV and then continue on just the Switch. Thats not true with every game now. So what we was told it is, isnt true anymore.

What Nintendo has emphasized was that you can play games either on the TV or on the go, but I don't think they said EVERY game will do that. They said they built a console that is pretty flexible in what devs can do with it, as I said previously. It's like life is ruined when one game doesn't do what every other game is doing on the console. I wouldn't sweat it too much. I thought people like options so devs have the option to do whatever as long as it fits within their vision of their games.

Well Nintendo really wants Pokemon to be a handheld franchise, so I guess thats one that will be handheld only.

You still don't understand anything.

No, Pokemon will not be portable only because it doesn't need to be portable only, simple as that, to input the game on your TV from your switch doesn't take more development or money, the console does it by default, VOEZ has the TV mode restricted purely because that game cannot be played on the TV.

Well, if a game wants to use touch pad controls, how else should that be possible? Nothing to worry about, I guess.

Depends on what Pokemon game they make. They need to get them out quick. We wont get a big AAA Pokemon on the Switch. Releasing 1 mainline Pokemon every 3-4 years just doesnt make sense. They would miss out on a ton of money. It will probably be like the 3DS ones. It will look better of course. I think releasing it only for the handheld part could make people forgive them for not making the game like a big home console game.

I don't expect gamefrak to make a visually complex Pokemon but they have no reason to restrict the TV mode and people would buy it even if they just look like Moon/Sun with HD assets.

People would also buy it even if it could only be played in handheld mode. Thats what they are used to after all. Theres a reason why Pokemon games never got on the VC on home consoles. Only the 3DS VC.

Yes, but again, literally 0 reason for make it hanheld only, you are losing the point, Pokemon doesn't need to use the multi touch screen of switch.

0 reasons of not putting mainline Pokemon games on the WiiU VC either, but here we are.
