I'm getting closer to the end of Gravity Rush 2 (80%), it's an awesome game, don't forget to buy it ^^.

I would've bought Gravity Rush 2 day 1 if it hadn't came out on the same day as Dragon Quest VIII. I'll buy it eventually though, but I don't think I'll be getting any of the other games.

The golden era of Japanese games on the Playstation in the west has begun. Enjoy folks!

When has it ended? 

Japanese games quieted down a bit for the past few years, but we're seeing some amazing games from Japan on all consoles (especially Playstation). looks like Gen 8 might have an amazing finish!

My wallet is dead.

2014, 2015 and 2016 had japanese games releasing on ps4 but the number of titles coming in 2017 is on another level. hence why i call it a golden era. it's way above the norm and it's like back in the ps2 days. 

I started from Y3 and everything made sense to me.

0 is the best place to start, it doesn't have any reference to others since it's the earliest in the timeline. Characters dont know each other yet and get introduced, its the 80s, decades before other games etc.

Each Yakuza game is a self-contained story anyway, but the later games do recap what happened previously. I think you'll really like it, if not I'll give u some steam games lol.

I know the feels!  I have only just started GR2 and picked up Kingdom Hearts yesterday.  Tales collector's arrives this week in the mail and now im trying to decide if i should buy Yukuza or wait until after Nioh which lands in a few weeks lol

Resident Evil 7 doing better than I thought, with the risks they've taken and the different approach to the formula, I expected a lot of reviewers and gamers to be somewhat put off.
