With the excitement of the new Zelda in just over a month I'm wondering what sort of new items we might see added to the franchise (that we haven't seen in any sort of trailers, though I'm loving the glider!).

Feel free to add anything that I might have forgotten because it's very possible I've forgotten several :)

I think my top favorite would be the Spinner, though I wish it had been designed to be able to be used more in the overworld, such a fun item!

A PictoBox should be a given, especially with the selfie-mode added in Wind Waker HD.

They brought back the Flame and Ice rods so that is great

A Deku Leaf would be a bit redundant since you already have the glider

I would like to see an unbreakable sword in this game :p

The spinner was great although I also liked the ball and chain it allowed more combat options.

The spinner from Twilight Princess was awesome.

Magic rods and Hover Boots. I actually hadnt realized the Hover Boots were only in OOT. You could do a lot with that item.

Sand Rod !
It was amazing in ALBW and we saw a similar mechanic done with Water in BotW

Anyway surprised to see so many mentions of the Spinner, would have figured people would forget about that one, because it was underused. My vote also goes to the Spinner though, because when it was used it was pretty awesome. Especially during the Stallord bossfight, the use of the Spinner is a big reason why I think that's the best boss ever.

EDIT: mZuzek ninjad me.. At least I'll be the first that can say that the pictobox also wasn't one-off; it was in Majora's Mask first, then Wind Waker.
