SHOCK! Reality contradicts my stablished beliefs, therefore reality must be wrong!

I guess it wasn't an ioi April Fools Day joke putting PS3 ahead of 360 and Wii.

I am surprised to see the PS3 ahead, but not shocked, its had great momentum for all year compared to last year.

I agree Mummel the PS3 has had fantastic momentum, but I just don't see the catalyst that helped PS3 make the jump to finally beating 360 in America. I guess I thought that PS3 would beat it eventually, but the week it started beating it there would be a very obvious reason (i.e. MGS4, GT5P, some other such goodness).

 It is a good point, I hadn't noticed it became a trend.

It's probably that the sources that ioi sometimes gets later tend to favour the 360 ahead of PS3... perhaps some particular 360 strong sources have not been as responsive as usual which meant he originally put out the numbers without them (and added them a day or so later)

So even after the PS3 outsold the Xbox 360 in North America in both the January, and Febraruy NPD's the PS3 cannot outsell it the last week of march? Whats so strange about it?

anyone know when the software numbers for NA come up, GMT if possible please.

but seriously why updation is not a word.. it sound perfect... there is 'ation' for every other wory... then why the word update has been discriminated. :)
