Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:

 PS4: 17m   XB1: 10m    WiiU: 10m   Vita: 10m

75% home console 25% portable/tabletop

At. Home as a console. On long journeys I'll take it with me.

Probably as a portable and as a tabletop console. I never realized how much I'd like the idea of being able to play console-level video games on the go or play a game with a friend without needing another device or a tv. It's the first Nintendo feature that I've been happy about since analog sticks.

Probably portable most of the time.

Home console primarily.

People clearly want to use it in different ways- glad Nintendo went this route. Wii U seriously could've been amazing if it wasn't made too early.

Yeah, I almost see Wii U as a sort of poorly made prototype of Switch. The technology just wasn't quite there yet. I liked the concept of playing off TV, but didnt like the big clunky gamepad with its poor screen quality, and disliked even more the fact that you had to pretty much be in the same room to stream the games. This poor implementation of what was a good idea in theory, combined with a poor library, ultimately led to its demise. Switch rectifies most of the weaknesses that I see in the Wii U.

Both, home console and portable. The WII U just showed me that I enjoy off-tv play and watching TV at the same time.
Also because of business trips and those stuff.

Yeah that was amazing. I don't know why it felt better to play on that damn dust magnet of a controller

Just a guy who doesn't want to be bored. Also

80-90% as a home console they other 10-20% mainly when I fancy an hours gaming laying down on the bed/occasional use in other rooms but I will never be taking it out of the house though.

Suma me up perfectly, thanks Woody.
