It's neck and neck, this is what I was saying in the NPD thread and was getting heat for saying. 

Like them or not, MS has made the race dramatically more competetive and is holding extremely tough against a Playstation 4 with multiple new models. 

"More competitive" in the US, where they won by a very large margin last gen... And they now fight dramatically to just reduce the monthly lead of the PS4, but keep losing there, while being stomped easily in the rest of the world.

Hum... Hurray?

Yeah, I think the Xbox One S has done great but saying Uncharted 4 is "new" like that means it was going to sell more bundles is silly when the main Xbox bundle was Battlefield 1.

Oh yeah, the XB1S definitely helped. Microsoft was very clever with spacing all its SKUs out to maximize their effectiveness. They were also very aggressive with the pricing, deals, and advertising throughout the holiday season.

You can call it neck and neck or a dead heat all you want, but MS lost November, they lost December, and they lost the year, and all in their best territory. And everyone knows that MS got closer this year, why you keep saying it like it's something special you alone have noticed is beyond me.

These numbers might be wrong as well. Hard to believe that at the exact same time as everyone else loses their sources, this site suddenly has one.

How is this good? I mean they got beat by less sure, but now we go to MS usual routine of its sales falling off a cliff starting january, all the way up to a slight summer bump after E3.

And this year it will be worse since scorpio will be around the corner. While ps4 will just increase from the pro all its big releases spread out across the year.

I think Im missing something.
