I think this game will do over 1m for sure. Especially with some advertising. That said, it looks like a lot of fun and I sure as hell know I'll be getting day 1 and enjoying the shit out of it.

My reception was similar with Splatoon. It went from "wtf is this?" to "well, it surely looks fun".

It's a very Nintendo-like move. Taking a genre and twisting it in a Nintendo fashion. God, I can't help but love them sometimes, despite of their blatant flaws XD.

As long as the content is there, and Nintendo plays their cards right, I think this could turn out well for them...
I feel like there's a legit possibility they will do with this game what they did with Splatoon, meaning they will release updates that expand the game's content...

I'm REALLY hyped for ARMS but my only concern are the controls, for a game that supposedly wants to become an e-sport you really want to have regular controls, I think it could also be done easily...
