I presume Westerns are coming, but they just decided not to feature them at this conference. After all, there's no way Ubi is going to miss a console launch.

Doesn't seem like they focused on many things outside of interally developed games at EPD and Japanese 3rd parties.  The persentation probably could have gone at least another 30 min with the amount of games that are popping up after everything was over and I was actually expecting a lot of port announcements like Pokken, XCX, Smash, Pokemans S&M and others.  It kind of floored me that they just threw out the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe annoucement as a youtube upload like it was some nothing indie game.

I don't give a shit about any western games on it lol, PC FTW, that Japanese support is a fucking dream come true though.

That dream should be the  PS4  which  actually  is getting   a tsunami  of Japanese games.

While I find Switch concept interesting in theory, I personally don't care much for it since I don't like handheld gaming....but my brother is perfect candidate for this sort of device and was quite excited when I explained it to him.

Alas, most games he wants to play will not be on Switch.

Vita still has many many more japanse  games. 

But point  taken if you truly  travel so much and play games switch is unbeatable, after the mobile phone.
