Yeah, absolutely, launch window is extremely important. Which is why I'm scratching my head wondering why the switch is released in the spring. Why not wait for the holidays to have a more robust lineup?

That I don't know. Maybe they just want to get it out right way? Maybe they didn't want to share any of the spotlight with the Scorpio? Maybe they wanted to let the backlog build for a big push in the holidays? We won't know the nature of their strategy until probably a week from now when everything is more clear.

Or the Wii U or 3DS don't have a lot left in their tanks. I mean if we're honest, the Wii U has nothing left besides Zelda and that could be overshadowed by the marketing of the Switch (and running better on Switch).
