I'm sure we could do better in political threads, or even moderation across the board, and we mean to. Our aim is always to improve the standard.
However, we are generally not "imposing" biases on people. The simple fact of the matter is that we only know users by their written word, and as such, we have to construct our view of who they are based on what we see in those tendencies. That's not to say we're going to judge somebody's character on a single post (unless it's particularly heinous), but over time, patterns do inevitably emerge. It would be irresponsible of us not to let people's posting history affect our decision making to a certain degree.
If there's an issue with your most recent moderation, I suggest you contact a head mod directly.

This is a circular argument. I started with proposing that you let us discuss our bans with the community and now we're back where we started. You telling me to contact the mod directly. And his non answer is why all this started in the first place. If you follow the entire chain of posts regarding my issue, you'll see that is my entire problem. That;s what haooeneh last time. The head mid told me to discuss it with the mod that did it and the mod that did it wasn't interested in reconsidering anything. Sigh..... This is going nowhere

There's a reason we don't allow the discussion of bans outside moderator sanctioned threads, such as this. More often than not, it would be used as an opportunity to create a scene, and clutter up the forums unnecessarily.
Now, you say you spoke to a head mod, who then directed you to the mod that banned you, and said mod "wasn't interested in reconsidering anything." If the issue here is that you feel you weren't adequately heard, you have a number of options available to you. You can - again - contact a head mod. Perhaps a different one, if you feel that's necessary. You can email us at vgchartzmods@gmail.com. The whole team has access to these emails, so at that point there's literally no way you're going to get ignored, if that's what you perceive has been the problem. As a last resort, you can of course lay out your grievance here in this thread, if you truly feel like the system has failed you. That said, if the real issue here isn't so much that you weren't heard, but rather that you simply didn't get the desired end result…..well, not everyone is going to get their moderations overturned. We're not always right, but just because you disagree with us on something, doesn't necessarily make you right either, and at the end of the day, it's our call.
As far as I can tell, looking over previous posts, CGI has been plenty accommodating on the matter, so I have to believe the issue here lies with you. I suggest you come to terms with the mod team's decision, and move on.
