Get brave story new traveler, its a descent psp RPG.

| ChronotriggerJM said: Well theres a TON of rpg's on the PSP xD Some are ports, some are original, some are multi :P I'm massive on RPG's so thats a delicious area for me xD Jean D' Arc! I've heard nothing but great things from this game :P I need to pick it up, I Just have so much cued up at the moment xD I forgot which of the Tales was on the PSP, but my friend is thoroughly addicted to it, I picked up Valkyrie Profile a while back ago, thats definitely another good one :) Sometime this year, keep an eye out for Phantasy Star and Monster Hunter, both action RPG's with Multi-player :) Star Ocean 1 and 2 are also due out this year, when however I'm not sure. The Remakes for Final Fantasy 1 and 2 are there as well, I didn't remember them much on the NES and SNES so I picked those up to re-touch. If you do dig the Strategy RPG scene (which from your taste in tactics I might assume not :x ) Disgaea is TOTALLY up your alley :) Then of course, how could I forget about Untold Legends xD Action RPG's with Multi-player co-op I believe :) Those games are damn awesome sometimes ^^ |
Jeanne D'Arc is great and if you love SRPG's I would recommend this on the drop of a dime, but it is far from "Short burst fun gaming". The battles take a very long time, just as FF Tactics : The War of the Lions does.
iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.
Currently playing:
Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Please don't get Metal Gear Solid PO I was sorely disappointed in this game!
Good games for u:
Daxter
Ratchet & Clank
Wipeout
Final Fantasy Tactics
Monster Hunter Freedom
Tekken
Brave Story
Jean D'Arc
Patapon
Locorocco
My themeforest portfolio:
All sound good, I think im going to pick up either MGS, ratchet and clank, or Star Wars Battlefront Renegade Squadron first then rent some of the ones on the list to figure out which other ones I want to get.
MaxwellGT2000 - "Does the amount of times you beat it count towards how hardcore you are?"
Wii Friend Code - 5882 9717 7391 0918 (PM me if you add me), PSN - MaxwellGT2000, XBL - BlkKniteCecil, MaxwellGT2000
For small bursts I would recommend : Burnout ( any ) , Patapon , Wipeout ( any ) , Pursuit Force :D
Vote the Mayor for Mayor!
I'd say a nice mix of genres would be served up with the following (ignore genres you don't like):
innovative IP and handheld funkiness : Patapon & Locoroco
console games in the palm of your hand : Daxter (platform fun), Ratchet & Clank (platform & shooting fun, God of War (violent mad God action fun), Wipeout (futuristic racing) , Silent Hill Origins (horror) and MGS: Portable Ops (action stealth strategy)
RPG : Jean D'Arc (I'll ignore FF as you said you didn't like it) and the many other titles already listed.
I also have GTA but again you said you didn't like that, and I'll leave out the more 'average' games I seem to have accidently ended up with.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
Patapon! And if you really like racers I really recommend Flatout Head On.
Other great games:
Daxter
Ratchet and Clank
Metal Gear Plus is an expansion to the original, you need the original to get the expansion.

I have a Twisted Metal game someone just threw away cause they didn't have a PSP anymore, but I gotta find it, I never been a fan of Twisted Metal but I can't turn down a free game. I'm really wanting Ratchet and MGS now.

Jeanne d'Arc is my favorite handheld game I've ever played. It's a SRPG.
Brave Story: New Traveler is pretty good too.
I also enjoyed Dragoneer's Aria, although many others I know didn't.
For a Diablo/Baldur's Gate style game, Dungeon Siege: Throne of Agony is fun.
