It does seem to have some similarities, but quite hard to tell based on the dark teaser video. If the fan and heatsink are anything to go by, they are aiming to keep it as slim as the S model, if not slimmer.
The S is much more aesthetically pleasing, that's for sure, and the design will only be a year old when Scorpio launches, so they could go with something very similar. If they really want it to feel like its another part of the One family, then a similar design would surely help get that message across.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was a little more flashy though. Something like the light strip the PS4 has. Something that says this is a console and not just another ordinary electronic box, without going purple Gamecube flashy.

PRO -&- We must build a console that Super Res upscales and continues the cost increases.
