I will think about it, last year I have a ton of problems mostly due to STEAM region lock -.-, so if there is someone from mexico I will join.

Yes, there were some troubles last year (and also before) that I hope we don' have this year.

You're the only mexican so far, but that shouldn't have to be a problem. Rhonin the wizard is from Romania, for example (yes, I know that because I'm looking at your contries to try to prevent this kind of problems).

I don't think there are any blockages for game bought in Norway, because we are so fucking expensive already that regardless of which country I send the gift to, Valve still get more money from me buying it here than if the game had been bought in the "target" country

The ones that can have problems are those where games are cheaper due to the exchange rate, like Russia, Mexico or South Africa (Shinobi-san had that problem last year).
